If your order is received before 2:00 p.m. EST, then we ship your order via FedEx the same day. All orders received later will be shipped the following business day. We will NOT be able to ship items to P.O.Box addresses. We require a signature and proof of address for delivery on all orders shipped. Real time tracking will be available for any orders shipped. Shipping rates are a flat fee regardless of the item shipped. Your order could take up to 10 days with standard shipping and 2-5 days with expedited shipping.

To place an order, simply, click on the ‘Add To Basket’ option displayed for every item. Once you click on ‘Add To Basket’ that item will be added to your cart and will be displayed in the right hand side column under your cart on the page. At this point you can browse to see more items of your choice and add it to the cart along with your other items. Once you are done with your selection, click on the ‘CHECKOUT’ button. You will be prompted to enter your (customer) information and billing information. Click the next button and choose a billing address and/or enter a different shipping address. Enter any additional shipping instructions for us to accommodate at the time of shipping. Click the next button and choose from the shipping options provided. Again, click next and review your order details, customer information, shipping information and billing address. Finally, click next to enter your credit card (payment) information, your name as it is displayed on your credit card and the expiration date. Click next to complete your order and upon completion of your order, a confirmation number will be provided.

If the item you like has been sold, please send us an email with a description of the item and Item Code#, and we will email you the pictures of similar items in a similar price range. We will take your approval through email and ship the items. In the case that you want the same exact item to be special ordered, we will gladly take your order. Your special order item will arrive in 8-10 weeks of time from the day we place the order.
